Enable New Sheet "+" at bottom of page.??

Please help me figure out how to enable the Insert New sheet (The "+" sigh at the bottom of my workbook.) I am working with a file where I have added 9 sheets to date and have saved the workbook. Now I need to add one more sheet, however the ability to add new sheets has been disabled. No sheets/workbooks are protected. I am baffled! Please help! Thank you in advance!! I think I attached my workbook...

Something is password protected. I've just tried to open it in Excel on an iPad and it asks for a password.

    Hi there,

The workBOOK you posted is password-protected and therefore sheets cannot be added/deleted/renamed etc.

just unprotect the workbook (assuming that you know the password!) and all should be well.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,
