Copy text from protected sheet

Hello,

I have a protected sheet with some instructions, that I don't want any user to change.

Is it possible to somehow set, that the user would be albe to copy a part of text, not the whole cell (I know this can be done), when the sheet is protected?

For example:
Cell A1 contains Text: "Post a small Excel sheet (not a picture) showing realistic & representative sample data WITHOUT confidential information (10-20 rows, not thousands...)"

A user would only like to copy: "Post a small Excel sheet"
He can't be able to delete or change, just copy.

You could use something like this:

=LEFT(Sheet1!A1,24)

I don't know which part of text the user would like to copy, so this isn't an option. It could be any part of text within a cell.
