Cutting list to labels

Hello,

Im wondering how I can go from a cutting list containing the component name, length and quantity of steel profiles to a list that I can use as input for labelmaker software.
Each profile needs a label telling its component name and its length.

So say I need x times a profile with length y, the list needs to have x rows of length y and the components name also has to be mentioned in each row corresponding with the name it has in the cutting list.

I hope I somewhat made my question/problem clear, if not let me know.
