Question Excel on OneDrive.com No Longer Auto-Update Formulated cell for Copy+Paste!

I have no idea WHEN the Excel on OneDrive.com started to disable the automatically update cell. After I just finished my 2020 tax return filing by using OneDrive Excel spreadsheet, I found out the subtotals and totals on the spreadsheet were all WRONG.

The Excel on OneDrive used to be smart to auto-update from one cell to another for copy+ paste containing formula. I just needed to click copy from ONE CELL and paste to another, so the formula from one cell is pasted onto another automatically with the updated cell range. It was very handy and time saving.

I am not sure since when, this feature no longer has existed. Now when I copy one cell and paste to another, the figure of the 2nd cell being pasted remains the SAME without being auto-updated. That's why my tax return figures were all wrong!

Instead of clicking on each formula again and again, are there ways to UPDATE each cell??? Thanks
