How to merge names from 4 cell into one cell but remove duplicated names

I am trying to merge two full names into one (so I can create account). I have over 2000 rows of names I need to get all combined into one cell so I can upload them to my CMS. Otherwise it will take me forever to just create account for each client (husband & wife).

I will have four cells that I will want to combine into one cell. I knwo to use the &" "& but it does not seem to work the way I want. See attached excel file.
