How do I create a store/SKU list if stores are in one column and SKU list in another?

I would like to combine the store list and SKU list together, where each store shows all SKUs provided. For example:

Store List:
Store 1
Store 2
Store 3


SKU List:
SKU 123
SKU 456
SKU 789


New Store/SKU List:
Store 1 - SKU 123
Store 1 - SKU 456
Store 1 - SKU 789
Store 2 - SKU 123
Store 2 - SKU 456
Store 2 - SKU 789
Store 3 - SKU 123
Store 3 - SKU 456
Store 3 - SKU 789

There is no way to know what stores stock which SKUs from the first two lists you showed. Maybe there is information missing in your description.

Excellent, I misunderstood the question. Apparently the OP wants a list for every combination of SKU and store. (IME each store would have its own set of SKUs; they would not all carry the same products.)
