How to create sound notification in Google-Sheet

Hello folks!! Hope you are doing well. I need help with the Google-Sheet. I need a program that will give a sound notification when someone inter or updates the Sheet.

Then you have to use audio file. Because these programs do not play sound. You can store audio file many places. One way is to create HTML page and call element that has a type property of an audio extension of any kind like MP 3 or 4. I see questions asked before about this on somewhere like stock exchange? Stack overflow somewhere can't remember

Thanks for your help. Mainly the google sheet was just an example. But I didn't get the solution yet. Could you please help me to write a script or something else which can help me. I need a script " If anyone updates the sheet then I got around notification"

Well I do not write Google app script often. And that is advanced anyway it is brand new or close. Sorry but do not have time. Probably would require money. From someone I guess. All documentation is on Google page anyway
