Hi phalsovannarith
Lots of pdf programs claim they convert to .xls and don't do a good job with it. I use a product called Foxit PhantomPDF that gets as close as many. Also in the newest version of Excel there is a PDF import in the Power Query tool. Here is one of many videos showing this new tool: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q...D911&FORM=VIRE
Because you have repeated column headings (Debit, Credit) you might also need to UnPivot the data multiple times to make it work in Excel itself. Another video shows that at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbRgeskSn0U
I'm sorry but I don't have a great answer, but most pdf viewers don't do a good job with the converion into Excel. I'm also sorry that the newer versions of Excel are needed to do what I've show.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

Hi MarvinP, Do you know what version of Office or Excel that supports the PDF import in the Power Query tool? I want the desktop version of Excel not an online version.
Thanks in advance!
Bob
