Text match for when Vlookup returns error

Hello all,

Is there any quick methods to convert similar text on different sheets so that one matches the other.

For example in the attached workbook, I have used a formula to lookup values in sheet 1. However, it returned errors in sheet 2 as the reference cells have spelling errors and blanks.
How do I ensure that Sheet 2 matches Sheet 1 or vice versa. I essentially would like a formula / method that allows the Name column on both sheets to match.

Try changing the 0 at the end of your formula to a 1.

I tried that and it didn't work. I think that method may be limited to digits alone.

I had a feeling that wouldn't do the trick, but thought I'd give it a shot.

Might want to try Fuzzy Lookup. Here is some info I found on it:

Haven't used it myself but seems that it will do what you are trying.

Thank you Mikeava, this should solve my problem. Having issues with installing it but from the videos I've seen it does exactly what I want it to do.
