Conditional Formatting Of A Row In A Table Based On A Variable Input

    Hi,

I am wanting to highlight a specific row in a dataset based on a variable input.

In the attached sample, I would like the row with the "X" in column B to be highlighted.

The "X" will be manually changed.

Thanks in adavince or let me know if you need any further details.

Select your Table, then go to Home Tab > Conditional Formatting > Provide your own rule with a formula, insert this formula =$B5="X".
