copy data from one workbook to another as value

I have two workbooks (A and B) with identical structure. The data in Workbook A updated on daily basis and have various formulas. After updating data on daily basis in workbook A. I want to transfer/copy data of some of the cells to the corresponding cells of Workbook B as values in most efficient and quick manner.

I'm enclosing sample data of Workbook A. I just want to copy data (in blue color) of attached workbook A to similar columns of Workbook B as values in a most efficient and quickest way. Since the attached file shows only small amount of data which I need to copy on daily basis. The actual data consist of multiple rows and columns to be copied to another workbook with identical structure.

First save this file in same folder as file B before run
