How do I get a negative figure just to show as a normal figure when calculated.

    Hi

I have a formula as follows =IF(O23+Q45+I40+I30<E30,O23+Q45+I40+I30-E30,0) When I put my data in it calculates properly giving me a difference of £5. The issue im having is its showing me a figure as -£5.00 on my sheet and I need it showing as £5.00 as I have it on the credit side of a sheet and needs to be added rather than deleted.

    Any Ideas?

    You could try this:

    =IF(O23+Q45+I40+I30<E30,ABS(O23+Q45+I40+I30-E30),0)
