Simple Math From Filled Values to Unfilled Cells

Hello and thank you,

I am putting together a budget spreadsheet which has a left column of the expense and a row of the amounts for the Week, Month, and Year.

In the columns of Week, Month, Year, there are entries of one and rarely two.

I need a formula that will do the math to divide and/or multiply and fill in the missing values.

I think that it needs to be something like if blank or if not blank. I am very rusty on my excel skills.

Then you want to establish week/month/year into other place?

G2:I5 is new table, assuming 4 weeks/month, 52 weeks/year.

If it does not satify, try to input manually expected results.
