How to make Bold Line between Unique Values.

it may be simple but I have tried all that I know but I couldn't figure out how to make some kind of separation between unique values in an excel column.
I have the column below:

Home/Conditional formatting/New rule/Use a formula:
A1<>A2
pick a border style (underline)
Apply to whole range

your VBA code worked perfectly, thank you very much. but only one little thing, would you please kindly teach me how to make not only the cells in A column but make the underline also on the whole range from A1 to XFD1?

it is probably the 16383 columns it does not like
are you sure you can get to column XFD ????
change the 16383 to 250, it should do that anything under 256 in most versions after 2004.
