Comparison values then classifying if qualifying or not (IFS)

Have a problem with my if statements.

Rules are:

Qualifying quarter starts on the quarter that has a decline of at least of 50% and stops to be qualifying the quarter AFTER it reaches +80%
(i.e. next quarters once it hit -50% would be qualifying even when no % decline, just until after it rise above 80%).

If that quarter AFTER hitting +80% has a decline of at least 50%, it should be qualifying quarter. My formula is wrong and doesn't take this into account.

Hopefully someone can edit it simpler.
