Time addition

Hi folks from the land down under - and its cold down here! I'm trying to put together a school bus run schedule that will list all student addresses or pick up points with times allocated to those points. My question is how do I start with a start time then add travel time to the next location and then show the time for that particular location? (I hope that makes a degree of sense) I have attached a small example and hoping that you may be able to assist.

The response I received gave me the following:

=$D$2+TIME(0,SUM($E$3:E3),0)

I enter the above formula into the cell that I’m trying to have the result of the calculation however I get an error message #value!
Any suggestions please.
