Conditional formatting to fill cells with a colour between to dates on a gant chart

Hello,

i am building a works in progress tracker and need help semi automate the sheet.

first bit of help.

i input dates for each task in to Colum C and D (startign with c9 and d9), i need this to fill the boxes with a blue colour using conditional formatting in the calender start at H9.

i also need the percentage in colum g to change the completion percentage based on the date that it actually is in the real world.

is there anyone who woudl like to look at this for us.
