multiple results , how to make excel choose

Dears ,
it's my first time posting here and I'm hoping that you could understand and support me in the below question .
I've data table of tenancy contracts for buildings we've and i want to make summary for each building.
the problem that each unit have many contracts some " old , terminated , currently running " some units have no contract currently " empty , vacant " .
the unique ID for each unit is its' unit ID number , which will return more than one contract as explained.
how can i choose between these contracts the way it brings the latest or the newest contract expiry date.
please note that this file should be uploaded to SharePoint should work with office 365.

Assuming the most recent record is located last on the list you can use the below formula in cell D3

To retrieve the different information move the "$J$2:$J$4000" to the information you want to capture.
