Transform data

Hello everyone,

I have a large table with daily sales. It would look something like this:

Product	01.01.2021	02.01.2021	03.01.2021	04.01.2021
SKU 1	10	20	10	15
SKU 1	10	20	10	15
SKU 2	12	16	24	7
SKU 3	6	0	12	17
SKU 4	1	0	2	0

However, I would like to change to format to:

Product	Date	Quantity
SKU 1	01.01.2021	10
SKU 2	01.01.2021	12
SKU 3	01.01.2021	6
SKU 4	01.01.2021	1
SKU 1	02.01.2021	20
SKU 2	02.01.2021	16
SKU 3	02.01.2021	0

Is there an easy way to achieve it? It is daily sales for a year for about 300 skus. I would be a lot of manual copy & paste.

Use the unpivot columns function in powerquery.
After that "Group by"
