Lightbulb Printing in rest area on already printed sheet

    Hi all
I have an excel file in which for eq. first 10 rows are already printed on paper sheet, now I want to print next 10 rows on same paper sheet without overwriting the earlier rows.

Now I am using white colour to the above rows then print the next values but couldn't retrieve the formatting of upper rows again.

It is repetitive job which is doing on daily basis. I am using different files on every day.

Your help on the same will reduce my time as well as efforts .
    thanks in advance

    Three suggestions:

    1. Set the print area to only print the next 10 rows and increase the top margin so that printing starts below the previous print - but then you have to reset them afterwards.

    2. Insert a white-filled rectangle shape over the top of your first ten rows, print, then delete the rectangle.

    3. Set up another sheet with the first 10 rows blank but the second 10 rows are linked directly to your first sheet, then print from this.

I recently started a new job so am a bit busy and may not reply quickly. Sorry - it's not personal - I will reply eventually.
If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
