Sorting list with Criteria

Hello everyone,

I want to reorder a list based on a criteria of another list.

Basically i have 2 lists containing repeated names(Shown as letters in this example) and language, which results for example in these two lists:


In this example both lists have the same amount of names in the same order but this might change for example list 2 might have different names or different values

I then want to create a third list referencing the second list, with these following criteria:

-The names in list 3 cant be on the same row as list one, so for example if in the first row of the list we have name = "a", then in list 3 we can have anything but a in the row.

-The opposite for the language, as they have to be the same language.

So list 2 to be reordered, where names are not on the same row, but have the same language..
