Hi,
Cell K21 has a formula resulting of one of the following five values: (Excellent), (Very Good), (Good), (Acceptable), (Unsatisfactory)
I need a translation to French or Other Language in Cell E21. So when K21 value is (Very Good) I want to show (Très bien) in cell E21.
How can I do this ?

you can create a helper column or sheet with the conversions
and then in the E21 you can use VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to return the value you want.
If not that, you can always use a IF formula if you will only always have the 5 values
=IF(K21="Very Good","Très bien",IF(K21="Excellent",""))
Just add each of your values you want to check for and the value you want to display
