Wrong week number not the same with Date

Hi,

I can't get the Week number equal to the date.

Was comparing Week 1 for the year 2021 and it supposes to be the 4 to 10 of January but it's showing 28 of Dec 2020 to 03 of Jan 2021.

Anything missing in here? Any help please?

Attached is my sample workbook.

You can change the formula in F6 to this:

=DATE(C6,1,1) - WEEKDAY(DATE(C6,1,1),2) + D6*7 + 1

and the one in L6 to:

=K6+1

Then you can copy the block of formulae F6:L6 down to F17:L17, F28:L28, and so on.
