We have a column with long and messy URLs(hyperlinks) and need to turn them into short buttons (within a normal size cell).
How do we do it?
Is it possible to do it without macros?

See if this will work for you, using a helper column that references the HL cell (A2 in my example...
=HYPERLINK("#"&"'"&A2&"'!A1",A2)
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
