How to copy cell value if other cell meets criteria

Hi,
I want to copy the value in F2 if A2=Yes and place if in G.
I want to do this for all cells.
In G the values should be placed without any empty cells in between.

When opening your data, the formulas in Columns A & B are linked to your Local PC ~ so those values were NOT there when you open up file....In Cell G2 i would put the following formula and copy it down:
