Copy function from entire row to column with drag

    Hello,
Cell H4 equal with Cell A1, it is possible to drag cell H4 down and copy the function B1, C1, D1 etc (copy function from row to column, attached example)?
I have many data and i am asking if there is a way to do it, instead of doing it one by one.
I have tried the "copy - Paste Special - Transpose" but it is not working.
Thank you all in advance for your help

With O365, it could not be simpler...
