Macro Workbook not displaying logo on some computers

Are you including a copy of the company logo with each version of the workbook. Having that logo
installed on the computer and a path reference included in the workbook ?

Or how have you included the logo ?

The logo has been there from when the sheet was created (about 15 years ago)
It was inserted into the sheet from google drive (which all computers have access to) It was added onto the sheet using insert picture, from this device. I have even tried inserting from the actual computer it's not working on so it's local but that still didn't work.
basically its on a hidden sheet which you can see the logo on that but then when we hide the sheet and using the macro "create new sheet" on that sheet it doesn't display the logo. Sorry not up with excel lingo as I never created the worksheet but we have used it for years and the only time we come across issues is if we update something on the sheet. The macros never get changed as we they all work fine. We had this happen few years back and I think it was a KB update that we uninstalled which fixed it but I can't find any relating to that. thanks for your help

If I correctly understand, the image actually resides on Google Drive. Isn't that on the internet and not on the individual computers ?

If so, it sounds like some of the computers may be having difficulty accessing the internet and the logo image there.

i've tried both ways, accessing from google drive and individual hard drive. Just had our IT guy look at it and he tried reinstalling office but still hasn't fixed problem. He thought once before we had to reinstall windows 10 but surely we don't have to keep doing that each time we edit the spreadsheet. I've only changed text in the sheet itself, no changes to the macros.

If you have maintained a copy of the ORIGINAL correctly functioning workbook .... is it that copy you have used to load onto all machines ?
Or how have you attempted to re-load the workbook (what copy or version of the workbook) ?

I agree that you don't need to reload Windows every time there is an issue.

I'm wondering if there is something different about the troubled machines from the non-issue machines. Perhaps an app the user has loaded
that is not present on the others. Perhaps this extraneous software is creating an issue ? If not ... It seems to me there is something errant in the
non-working machines vs something wrong with the workbook.

There are so many variables in an issue like this ... very difficult to pin down. Wish I had a magic wand that would fix it all.
