Question Excel Print to PDF Not consistent

My company uses excel sheet to log information, which we then print to PDF into Bluebeam Revu where we can attach hyperlinks to other documents. The issue I am having is when someone else that has access to the excel prints to PDF, and replaces the page on Bluebeam, the hyperlinks never match up in their correct location. Whenever I print to PDF and replace the page, everything is fine. I have locked all cells so that their sizing cannot be adjusted, and verified that all print settings are the same when another person tries to print. The only thing that I can think of that could be the problem is that we are running different versions of Excel. I am using Version 2008, others are not. Any help would be appreciated.

How you generate the PDF file from Excel? How does the "someone else" do it? What is Bluebeam Revu? Are you using a Mac? What are the others using?

I would request you update your profile to show what version of Excel you are using.

We simply use the "File" - "Print" - "Print to PDF" function. We then save that in a designated folder. Bluebeam Revu is the software that we use for construction drawings. We are all using Windows 10 Laptops, however we are using different versions of Excel, but I dont know why that would cause this issue. We have verified that all print settings are the same when trying to print from different computers. It seems as if the different computers scale the printed PDF differently.

There is no Excel 2008 for Windows, which is why I asked if you were using a Mac.

Different versions of Excel shouldn't matter; I think the older versions don't even have print to PDF.

I am having a hard time getting the details of the problem based on your original description, but then you referred to scaling. I am still not clear on how you are getting the hyperlinks in--is that done in Bluebeam after Excel generates the PDFs? Are these files proprietary? Could you share an example of a correct PDF and an incorrect one?
