    If statements

    Hi to everyone.

I am trying to get a formula using the IF Statement in Cell BL15 (will be copied to successive cells) based on values in 5 different cells as follows: BV15: has values 1 for male or 2 for female. BW15 has values 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. VX15 has a text value. BY15 has numbers between 1 and 10. BZ15 has a date value.

    The formula in BL15 should = "" if B15 = ""
The formula should also be based on Gender in BV15.
The formula in BL15 should do this: IF BY15>3 result should be "He Fail" for male (BV15=1) IF BY15 < 4 result should be : "He is Given Task". The sentences will change to "She Fail" . "She is given a task" for females (BV15=2).
Then the formula should check for numeric value in BW15 which is 1,2,3, or 4. For each number BL15 should show the corresponding value from the range $BW8:$BX$11. This range has to columns BW for males and BX for females.
Please Note: If BW15 = 3 The BL15 should show the combination of the text in BX16 and the date value in BZ15.
If none of the above applied then the value in BL15 should show the value of $BW$5 for males or $BX$5 for females.
