Without seeing it in context and knowing what it is supposed to be doing.... all I would be doing is making guesses. At the very least, it looks like there's andother AND() missing here: IF(BV15=2,$BX$5,$BW$5))),

Re: Formula is missing an opening or closing parenthesis

Nested IFs are not always the most suitable solution and in most cases, a LOOKUP formula works better.
That being said, I notice that the argument IF(BV15=2,$BX$5,$BW$5) is duplicated, so I removed one instance.
Also, in TEXT(BZ15,(IF(BZ15="","","dd/mm/yyyy")), I don't see why you need the IF argument, so I removed it.

Anyway, as stated above, this is all but guesswork. So if problem persists, please follow instructions on yellow banner above and post a sample of your workbook here.

    Thank you Estevaoba,
I got my results correctly. I tried some cases but not all possibilities.

How can this be done using LOOKUP formula?

    You're welcome. Glad to help.
Thank you for the feedback and for the reputation added.

For a formula with VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, you would make a lookup table with condition values in one column and correspondent values in next column. But, of course, it would depend on your particular scenario. Here's a topic with an example.
