Add conditional columns to queried table to still maintain table integrity

I am loading data using power query.

Question: Could I add columns to queried table and still maintain table integrity?

Columns A through C are queried data which changes all time when I Refresh connections. Will my added Column D, with formulas, adjust as more rows are loaded load in columns A thru C?

You can add the column in PQ directly as conditional column
