    Rows as Collumn Headers

Please see the attached. I have come back to a shared worksheet and the table headers from row 1 are now the column headers. This is catastrophic as I had numerous formula relying on those headers. when I put in a new row and copy the headers it does not fix it. How do i undo this and demote this row back to row 1?

Your headers are still in row 1. Unfreeze the panes > View > Freeze Panes > Unfreeze Panes.
