Hello,
I have an excel phone list. There are six columns (three labeled "Name", and three labeled "Phone") and it fills one page. I want to keep it to one page. When I need to add a new name alphabetically, it bumps everything to two pages, instead of scooting everything to the next column set over. Hope that makes sense - we want it to alphabetically scoot things over so we can add in new names to keep it on one page. How do we make that happen? Thanks in advance!

I assume when you say page you are referring to the print page.
If that's the case you can use the scale option to scale your data to remain on one page
You can find the scale option at "Page Layout" --> Scale

I have updated the title to hopefully make sense. I'm not sure what the function is called where it can do the automatic cascading over to the next column but I hope it makes sense to someone. Thanks in advance!

well, you did not really follow the rules and updated the title, at least not in the first post where you should do it

When for instance, I add something between "Antonio A. and Aaron T.", I want it to bump all the names under "Aaron T" to cascade over to column G/H. When I alphabetically add a new name, I want the other names to move down and over automatically. I don't know what the function would be called so I have no idea how to research it on the internet. (Kind of like when you don't know how to spell a word and you ask your parents and they say "go look it up in the dictionary"...haha)
