    combine or count data

I am trying to write a formula that gives me a 1 if user, ticket, and time(within 10 minutes of each other) are the same. for example the second and third entries one of those would get a 1 the other would get a 0. Any ideas? I have attached some data with an example result.

    Re: combine or count data

I doubt I will have time to answer this but this will help others who want to solve this.

    Considerations:
I notice that each person's Creation date/time is in reverse order.
Will that ALWAYS be the case?

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Yes this is how the data is gathered so it will always be that way. I would prefer to not depend on that incase someone sorts the data differently manually. I was trying to use a countifs but so far no luck

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Do not cross-post your question on multiple forums without telling us about your threads on other forums.

Post a link to any other forums where you have asked the same question.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this.

I have added the crosspost reference for you today. Please comply with this and all our rules in the future
