30 days + close to Thursday

Hello, can someone please help me with calculating 30 days from today and then get the date which is on that Thursday.
So for example - 30 days from today will be 9/7/2021. The formula is =today()+30 which is Tuesday but I also want to add 2 more days so that every time I run the formula it adds 30 days and then a few extra days to show me the date when it will be Thursday. In short 30 days and then the closet date to Thursday.

Can you please explain the formula. Looks like it worked.

It finds the first day after today +30 ignoring weekends, which are set by the "1110111" where 1 is a weekend & 0 is a workday & it runs Mon to Sun.
