Basic Sorting Issue with Text Data

I'm trying to sort filtered data to where Best, Good, and Low are served. Right now they are randomly selected.

How do I achieve this? I've got more of them to complete. Right now I've got them filtered.

"served"? Do you mean sorted?

You need to apply Filter to all columns of data. Then you can filter and sort. See attached.
