Switching Dim Tables in PowerPivot model

    Hi all,

So I have a sample data model attached, in which I have two dim tables (dimRegion and dimRegionMod) in which I want to use a third dim table (dimRegionType) to switch between the two when looking at the relative regional values. I have created he data model and create the relationships I believe is needed, but I cannot get the result I am looking for.

I have merged the two region tables into a third (dimRegionReport) and believe I can use this with dimRegionType to get the intended result. I have given more detail and expected results in the workbook.

Hope there is some help out there!

    Thanks!
