Formula works in one row but not another

I have a formula that retrieves data from another worksheet in the same workbook. I needed to add another row to my work sheet, so just dragged the formula up one cell.

=INDEX(TOTALS!$D$5:$ABA$31,MATCH($D8,TOTALS!$D$5:$D$31,0),MATCH(E$5,TOTALS!$D$5:$ABA$5,0))

This formula works in row 8, and every row below that, but NOT in row 7

=INDEX(TOTALS!$D$5:$ABA$31,MATCH($D7,TOTALS!$D$5:$D$31,0),MATCH(E$5,TOTALS!$D$5:$ABA$5,0))

This formula does not work. The only difference is the row number

What am i missing??

What do you mean by "does not work"?

I get #N/A and the error says 'Value not available error'. But there is a value in the field I am pointing the formula to.

Difficult to diagnose something we can't see, so please attach a sample workbook by following the directions given in the yellow banner at the top of the screen.
