Bubble chart and check box

That sounds like you want to be able to use a filter on the source data. If you use the built in autofilter feature (https://www.wikihow.com/Use-AutoFilter-in-MS-Excel ), then you won't need to change anything on the chart side of things. Simply create your chart to use all of the data. Then create the autofiltered list, then use the dropdowns on the table headings to choose which records to show in the list. As long as your "hidden and empty cells" setting (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...b-9ca49cb92274 ) is set to "not show" hidden cells, then the chart should follow the filtered list. If you place the chart on the same page as the filtered list, you may need to make sure that the chart is formatted to "don't move or size with cells" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...1-1d0788ea783f

I'm confident it will be possible with check boxes (or other ways of indicating which records to include in the chart). I don't personally use these kinds of controls, so I'm afraid I cannot help with how they might be used for this. Perhaps someone else will chime in.
