Intersection Value

First please do not attach images when you can just attach your Excel file. I can't confirm where E6 is in this picture. See yellow banner at the top of the page.

Second, if the Type value and Qty value can move around to different columns, it will be near impossible to do a lookup on those values. Can you be more specific? You mean that they will move around within the same file? Type will be in column D in some rows, column C in other rows, columns F in other rows? Or do you mean that the entire file may have a different layout, like sometimes the Rev column will not be present? You need to provide a sample file to show how this works.
