Dear all,
I received a request from my boss to create a Excel file with small circle as image below

He requested that in column "Status" will shown a circle when compare the "FY KPI" to "Actual YTD Month" if actual is equal or beyond KPI the circle will be full green. Otherwise, the circle will be 75% green and 25% yellow and every month I will update the value to this file to see the changes.
I'm so new to excel so I seek for your advice how to do this file?

Welcome to the forum.
There are data bars in conditional Formatting that can be used in this way, but no circle icons.
