    Bill Of Material Explosion pivot table

    I am trying to create a Bill Of Material Explosion pivot table like Diagram1 based on result extracted from a database in sheet 1 called data, my pivot is only going into 2 levels and not showing the multi levels that may go upto 10 levels or more. please see attached sample excel file
