Exclamation Crosswalk data from one column in two different workbooks into another workbook

I need to crosswalk data from one column in two different workbooks into another workbook (total of 3). Based on two criteria - the customer's Plan and plan level (two different columns). Needing to populate the "location" column with a formula. I need this ASAP. Any ideas?

You need to describe in detail:

    • Where the data in each of the first two workbooks is located
    • What data is in the third workbook and where it is located
    • How this data is used to find the "location" column
    • The crosswalk process in detail, starting from what you have in the third workbook, stepping through how you would find the result based on data in two other workbooks

The best option is to attach samples of all three workbooks.
