Scheduling a periodic cashflow

Greetings friends,

I have monthly calendar in my head row.

I would like to write a formula that calculates a cashflow from another sheet, but this cashflow only occurs every three months, not every month.

Any suggestions?

Please attach the file so we can see how the data is set up. What is the data on the other sheet that the cash flow is based on? What is the first month when it occurs? Is the day of the month important, or just the month?
