Lightbulb SUMPRODUCT & IF Statement Help!

Trying to layout a simple dollar accrual schedule.

In my attached sample file w/ dummy data, there's 4 projects. Each project has 3 important dates, and 3 % accruals associated with each of those dates. Lastly each project has a whole revenue amount ($ - column 'L').

I'm simply trying to create a 2021 timeline that checks the 3 dates, and multiplies the $ revenue by the accrual % on each specific date; dates A, B, C can be the same for projects, but in my example, each date is different.

Right now I'm using this crazy formula I found online but it doesn't seem to be working - for example, I believe cell Z4 should output 20% of the $ revenue, but it isn't working.

Any help would be great - I'm happy to quickly answer questions if needed.

    Thanks!

Don't know what is the Adjustments for. Formula for O3=SUMPRODUCT(($D3:$F3=O$2)*($H3:$J3)*(RIGHT($H$2:$J$2,1)=RIGHT($D$2:$F$2,1)))*$L3, copy across and down.
