Prevent filter of adjacent cells/area/charts on sheet while maintaining slicer and group

I have a table on Executive_Drill sheet and a Dashboard of that data on another sheet (Dashboard) that presents charts manipulated by slicers based on Executive_Drill and a manual table that references summary data from Executive_Drill. I want to move the charts and tabled data from Dashboard to Executive_Drill in adjacent columns (e.g., CA:CH) next to the table. I want the charts and summary table to not be impacted by slicer filtering. Also, I want the charts and summary table moved to Executive_Drill in adjacent cells to the table to not be affected by Grouping hiding.

I have managed to move most of the charts successfully to adjacent cells on Executive_Drill using workarounds, show data in hidden rows for the charts, and chart properties do not move or size with cells. However, I have remaining issues with the slicers filtering the added adjacent table (Dashboard B2:F11) and one chart (Workstation by Type Delivered) which will not display its data if the grouping is hidden due to it not being based on the summary table or workaround (placing results outside the Executive_Drill table).

Any help is appreciated. Is there a way to prevent grouping from impacting the chart without having it incorporate hidden data and the slicers continuing to work? Is there a way to not hide the summary table that would be adjacent to the Executive_Drill table when slicers fields are chosen. The file is 20MB but screen shots attached.

Filters hide entire rows - and anything that is in those rows - thats how filters work.

If you are losing parts of a chart or table, move them to where they will not be impacted by a filter.
