Find duplicate values and insert corresponding data

Hi All,

I have two Sheets - [LIST][*] Sheet 1 contains list of all the companies and their current value. (Col A & B)[*] Sheet 2 contains list of companies that are opened this year (Col A). But doesn't have corresponding "Value" column (Col B)

what I need is
Find if Col 1 from sheet 2 matches any of the column from Sheet1 and if it matches, add the value of the company (from Sheet1 Col B) to sheet 2.

I hope I made my request clear, I am attaching a spreadsheet for your reference.
