Need to compare the same contents in two columns, then copy the left columns accordingly.

I encountered a problem.
I have a big excel file contains a simplified table as below.

A B C D E F G H I
1 123568 12/3/2021 A23 5678 DR12 4557 C45 5678
2 134567 12/3/2021 A24 5679 DR13 4558 C46 5679
3 1436778 2/5/2020 A25 5680 DR14 4559 C47 5680
4 123568 12/3/2021 A23 5678 DR12 4557 C45 5678
5 1436778 2/5/2020 A25 5680 DR14 4559 C47 5680
6 134567 5/4/2021 B24 5679 B13 4558 C46 5679
7 123568 12/3/2021
8 134567 2/5/2020
9 123568 12/3/2021
10 1436778 2/5/2020
11 1436778 2/5/2020
12 123568 12/3/2021
13 134567 12/3/2021


I need to compare the first column, to find the same ID, at the same time making sure the second comlumn has the same dates. then I need to fill in the empaty space with the same content.

For example, Row 1,4,7,9,12 have the same ID(Colume B) and the same date(Colume C), only row 1 and 4 have the full information from column D to I, I need to copy the same content for Row 7,9,12.

Is a formula in D8:I14 acceptable? If so, then try the following in D8

This is an array formula so in pre-Office365 it needs to be committed via CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER.
Copy across to I8, then copy D8:I8 down to row 14.

Or, in your real data, are the incomplete rows interspersed with the complete rows? If so then I think this will need to be a VBA solution.
