Presently in our manufacturing company we have 50 letter of offer templates with very similar language and a few options to seperate them in WORD. I also have a very complex engineering quotation program in excel and I am trying to work out a means for option X Y Z selected in our quotation program will then take our standard letter of offer template and auto-populate the X Y Z options.
Can this be achieved? Does anyone have a generic template i could use or point me in the right direction?

Sheet 1: Input > here you select 'yes/no' options.
Sheet 2: The Template/Letter/Quote in A4 format.
Sheet 3 to x: the datasets, options.
Basically,
I make a range of yes selections on the input page, based on my selection my Quote/Letter will "fill in" the missing _blanks.
Can you please advise if something like this is possible?
To create a letter or quote from a range of yes or no options?
