Removing blank spaces between number

They are none breaking spaces, code 160.

Use Find and Replace | Replace | Find what: ALT 0160 | Replace with: (nothing) | Replace All

In the first box, Press and hold the Alt key and type 0160 on the numeric keypad. Leave the second box blank.

I opened it, used find what " " (no quotes and hit the space bar once) and replace with left blank, hit replace all and they were gone.

I took your sample workbook and did find and replace using Alt +0160 and it worked for me. I then tried an alternative method. I brought the data into Power Query/Get and Transform found on the Data Tab of the Ribbon. In the PQ editor,I selected Transform and Replace values. I then insert in the window Alt +0160 and left the resultant blank. The result is that it removed the space in that case also.

Are you attempting this in the same file that you provide to us as your sample?

My keyboard space must have matched the space in your csv file, but just an FYI, I have found that if the keyboard space doesn't match the space in the cell, just click in the cell and put your cursor at the beginning of the space, highlight the space holding down either your mouse or the shift key and right arrow, then copy. Paste that in the find what part of find and replace, leave the replace blank, hit replace all and it will work.

Sam's suggestion is pretty reliable (and what I tried second, after a normal space failed).

To use Alt-0160, you MUST have (and use) the numeric block, not the numbers on the main keypad.
